The products to be ordered are selected on the homepage by adding them to the cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the cart through the online store’s checkout procedure. In making the order you accept these delivery terms, the prices of the products and delivery charges. If at the time of ordering you give an e-mail address, then an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and price.
The payment intermediary of the online store is Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business identity code 2486559-4), which is registered on the payment institution register maintained by FIN-FSA Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is transferred through Bambora internet services, and the payment receiver shows as Bambora or Paybyway Oy on the bank statement and invoice. Bambora transmits the payment to the online trader. Payment is secure, with all data concerning the payment transaction being transferred using secure connections, so that no outside party can see the payment transaction details.

MobilePay: You can pay by your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled paying in online stores from the application’s settings. Payments made by MobilePay wallet are charged to the payment card connected to the wallet. If the payment charged to the payment card fails, then payment by MobilePay wallet is not possible on the online store.

Jousto: Juosto enables you to pay by invoice or in instalments on over 4,000 online stores in Finland. By invoice you get 14 days payment time (the invoice charge is €4.90) and by instalments with a maximum 12 months payment time (invoice charge is €4,90 and monthly interest is 2.42%). Mash: By Mash invoice you get your ordered products before payment and 45 days interest free payment time. Should you wish you can also change the invoice into handy instalments. When paying by Mash instalment you can yourself select a suitable payment time (3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months) and receive the products you have ordered before payment. You can also pay in one lump sum at any time, without extra costs. Finnish residents over the age of 20 can choose to pay by Mash invoice or instalments. Orders are posted every weekday. Products supplied from stock generally have a delivery time of between 3 and 5 days. For made to order products the delivery time is generally between 1 and 3 weeks. Delivery expenses are determined by the selected method of delivery, possible extra services and by the weight and size of the order. You see the delivery costs in the online store’s checkout procedure before final acceptance of the order.
If the product has gone missing or been damaged during delivery, then the online store must be notified immediately, and at least within 14 days. If a package is damaged in transportation, then notification must be given immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.
According to consumer protection law, online store customers have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days. A customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the ordered products. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original package and in a saleable condition. Should you wish to return or exchange a product then first contact the online store and ask for return directions. Enclose in the package your name, contact details and your bank account number for possible refunds.
Please note that engraved products do not have the right of return as in accordance to law concerning tailormade products. Except of course if there is a manufacturing fault in the product.
Order cancellation, fault liability and reclamations
Before the order has been dispatched the order can be cancelled by a written notification by e-mail.
The online store has a statutory fault liability for the products it sells. In cases of reclamation, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to cake possible conflicts to the Consumer Disputes Board for adjudication.
