Terms of delivery

Kauhavan Puukkopaja, FI10074134, (hereafter online store) sells products to private individuals in Finland and abroad. We reserve the right to make changes to our terms of delivery and prices. The prices of the products include value added tax.

Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected on the homepage by adding them to the cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the cart through the online store’s checkout procedure. In making the order you accept these delivery terms, the prices of the products and delivery charges. If at the time of ordering you give an e-mail address, then an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and price.

Payment

Verkkokaupan maksuvälittäjänä toimii Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, y-tunnus 2486559-4), joka on rekisteröity Finanssivalvonnan ylläpitämään maksulaitosrekisteriin. Maksamiseen siirrytään Visma Payn verkkopalvelun kautta ja tiliotteella ja laskulla maksun saajana näkyy Visma Pay tai Paybyway Oy. Visma Pay välittää maksut verkkokauppiaalle. Maksaminen on turvallista, sillä kaikki maksutapahtumaa koskevat tiedot välitetään salattua yhteyttä käyttäen niin ettei kukaan ulkopuolinen taho näe maksutapahtuman tietoja.

Kauppa syntyy verkkokaupan asiakkaan ja verkkokaupan välille. Verkkokaupan vastuulla ovat kaikki kauppaan liittyvät velvoitteet.

Payment methods

Visma Pay -palvelun kautta voit maksaa verkkopankkitunnuksilla, lompakolla, maksukorteilla (credit/debit), laskulla tai osamaksulla. Käytettävissä ovat seuraavat maksutavat: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- ja Debit MasterCard -kortit, sekä Jousto ja Enterpay Lasku yritykselle.

MobilePay: You can pay by your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled paying in online stores from the application’s settings. Payments made by MobilePay wallet are charged to the payment card connected to the wallet. If the payment charged to the payment card fails, then payment by MobilePay wallet is not possible on the online store.

Jousto lasku ja osamaksu on kotimainen palvelu, jolla teet ostoksesi nopeasti ja turvallisesti. Jousto on tarkoitettu yksityishenkilöille, jotka ovat hoitaneet raha-asiansa moitteettomasti. Joustolla saat 30 vuorokautta korotonta ja kulutonta maksuaikaa. Laskun saatuasi voit päättää maksatko sen kokonaan vai osissa. Osamaksulla voit maksaa ostoksesi jopa 36:ssa erässä, alkaen 9,90 eur/kk. Jousto osamaksun kustannukset ovat 3,90 eur/kk ja 19,90%:n luottokorko. Voit maksaa Joustolla 30–3000 euron ostoksia. Delivery

Orders are posted every weekday. Products supplied from stock generally have a delivery time of between 3 and 5 days. For made to order products the delivery time is generally between 1 and 3 weeks. Delivery expenses are determined by the selected method of delivery, possible extra services and by the weight and size of the order. You see the delivery costs in the online store’s checkout procedure before final acceptance of the order.

If the product has gone missing or been damaged during delivery, then the online store must be notified immediately, and at least within 14 days. If a package is damaged in transportation, then notification must be given immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.

Returns

According to consumer protection law, online store customers have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days. A customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the ordered products. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original package and in a saleable condition. Should you wish to return or exchange a product then first contact the online store and ask for return directions. Enclose in the package your name, contact details and your bank account number for possible refunds.

Please note that engraved products do not have the right of return as in accordance to law concerning tailormade products. Except of course if there is a manufacturing fault in the product.

Order cancellation, fault liability and reclamations

Before the order has been dispatched the order can be cancelled by a written notification by e-mail.

The online store has a statutory fault liability for the products it sells. In cases of reclamation, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to cake possible conflicts to the Consumer Disputes Board for adjudication.
